School Supplies: No matter when you made your purchase, you can return any unopened school supplies to us for a refund, minus shipping and handling or delivery charges. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

• Wipes

• Disinfectants

• Sanitizers

• Liquid soaps
   

Calculators: You may return unopened calculators that we currently sell for a refund in 30 days, minus shipping and handling or delivery charges. We’ll gladly exchange unopened calculators for similar models within our inventory, charging only any additional difference in the price or refunding back any amount that is less than the item originally purchased. Please contact us to verify if a charge or refund will apply before returning the calculator.

Damaged or Inoperable Items:  If a product you have purchased from Classroom Essential’s™ arrives broken, damaged, or does not function properly, please contact us at customerservice@classroomessentials.net for information on returning these items.

Refund Policy: If you paid by debit card, check or money order, we’ll refund your purchase in the form of a check sent to your address. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.  If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit your account. Please allow one (1) monthly billing cycle before credits are reflected to your account.
